• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
7. PREMIUM REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all premium template purchases. Digital products may be eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase if unused and in accordance with Dutch consumer protection laws.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WadiGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our premium services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
9. SERVICE TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to premium services with reasonable notice for breach of terms. You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
10. TERMS MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' notice to premium customers. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
